Asterisk -- i pick up, but the phone keeps ringing

I running asterisk@home 1.5 on a network that looks like:
[asterisk]----[server(1:1 nat)]-----((internet))—[my computer]

for some reason whenever anyone calls the asterisk box, i get the ring, so i pick it up, and on xlite it says connected, but on my cell phone or whatever is making the call it keeps on ringing. anyone encounter this before? and find a solution for this?

We need additional information before we may assess what your issue is. Please paste the output from your CLI in verbose mode, or the details on the calls from the logs located in /var/log/asterisk/.

Also, any additional configuration information would be useful.
