Calls Coming in on wrong Trunk or Inbound Route

Hello all,
I have been noticing that some calls are not coming on the right trunk or route. My SIP tel-co is Nextiva and They show everything is OK. I have a complex phone system with 13 trunks and 13 incoming routes. Most seem to come in on the first trunk/route. I have checked and rechecked. A little push would be helpful’
