Dear,

features.conf
[general]
parkext => 700
parkpos => 701-750
context => parkedcalls
parkingtime => 45
findslot => next

extensions.conf
[employees]
inclued => parkedcall

When i try to park a call using 700, asterisk console return the following error: park_space_reserve: Parking lot not available to park

I can’t understand what is the problem

There are two spelling errors on the include line, but these would tend to cause 700 to be treated as invalid.

Sorry, it was a mistake while writing the post.

The correct syntax is: include => parkedcalls

Are you using 700 for something else. Try changing it to something else to see if that fixes it.
