I have outbound caller ID set up using VOIPJet and at the moment it is number only. The problem is that in the USA most people scan their phone display to look for a name when the phone rings. Right now just the number shows up so many people will not answer the phone.
Can I set up the Outbound caller ID to pass the name as well as the number? Will the phone companies carrying the calls pass on the name or will they drop it?
Does anyone here have experience with this?
