Caller connects without ringing?

I have a client running A@Home 2.2
Over the last week they experianced the following:
They go to place an outside call and as soon as they pick up and start dialing they are connected to a caller that had dialed in. The incoming call did not ring and stations? We have a que set up to ring 3 phones on all incoming. Its random not all the time and I have the server set for immediate answer. Any ideas anyone?

how are your agents set up in those queues? if they don’t have to acknowledge the call, it may be because the queue is sending the call to the agent as soon as they open their phone connection…

i don’t know, that would be my best guess at this point, without more information or some output from the CLI…

bad wording , they are not in a que but a ring group
