Calldate column is not being populated in CDR

I am running Asterisk 1.8.3 and I am storing all my CDR data in a MySQL database on a remote machine. If I make a call, I see all the columns of the CDR get populated except the calldate column.
My logs are indicating that Asterisk is not sending the calldate data:

I am not sure what conf these values are defined or if there is something I am missing.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t see a ‘date’ field included, try adding:

calldate
