I have issue with call pickup feature in asterisk 11.
I want to pick the ringing extension in any context by dialing *8XXX where XXX = my extension
But when I dial *8XXX, it says no targeted channel found.
Can anybody guide me on it

The logs above show a SIP device calling an extension to pickup a channel. What is not shown is the log of the SIP channel that has been called and is wanting to be picked up. That’s a critical part to figuring out why it’s not working. It may be that all the information you’ve provided to Pickup is not enough to find it.
