Biggest known actually existing productive environment with Asterisk

Hi,
I’m involved in discussions about scenarios using Asterisk. Does anybody know some really big installations based on open source? Some environments (e.g. with Kamailio) for e.g. 100k user or more?
I couldn’t fine any references in blogs or other papers.
Does anybody know some representative projects?
