Automatic call recording

Hello everyone,
I have recently installed Asterisk on my system. Now I want to record all the call passing through the asterisk either it is incoming call or outgoing call on any extesion or any dialplan . but I don’t know how to do it.Can any one help me.
I also want to know how can I insert the CSV files in PGSQL database.

Look at the monitor() dial plan application for recording
