Is it possible, and how, to have Asterisk dial a number, and when it connect, then play a prerecorded message to the user ?
As a IT Service provider, we do A LOT for monitor?ng for our customers. At the moment, this system only sends out emails and SMS.
It would be a huge help / service, if we could get Asterisk to dial a cell phone instead, and upon connection, replay the message ? Like “Warning - Temperatur above 40degres near servers” or something like that.
Any clues, ideas or ?
