I just finished installing the system on a raspberry PI.
I can make calls out and receive calls, I’m trying to config an autocall file with no success.
I put the file in the right location and after some time it’s deleted by the system but no outgoing call is made.
My outline is usb dongle.
I have 1 turnk named Trunk1 and 1 Outbound route named Route1.
and I have 2 sip extention (1000,1001) (the can make call with sip software phone)
This is my call file:
Channel: SIP/1000
MaxRetries: 1
RetryTime: 60
WaitTime: 30
Extension: EXTERNALNUMBER
with this call file the system call to extention 1000 and after I answer it make a call to the external number.
I then change the file to this:
Channel: SIP/1000
MaxRetries: 1
RetryTime: 60
WaitTime: 30
application: Playback
Data: hello-world
Extension: EXTERNALNUMBER
The system is calling to extention 1000 and play the hello-world sound.
I need it to call the external number not the extention.
What do I need to change?
