We use cisco call manager but we are looking for a replacement open source ACD solution. Mainly so we can customise the acd solution and the company wants to save money. Fine by me as long as it works.
Anyway been looking at Asterisk and not 100% sure it fits the bill.
Can anyone advise if Asterix can be used within a call centre, with the users have a client app for queue control?. Also, the server portion must use a tapi connection to link in with call manager for call routing.
