Asterisknow running on vmware--not seeing the TDM400 card

I install the asterisknow vmware application on a vista machine. The software runs but it dose not see the TDM card. Any ideas anybody. Thanks

This is never going to work for you. Virtual machines do not see arbitrary HW in the host machine - they see a set of virtual HW (NIC, HD, CDROM, etc…)
