Asterisk sound issue "file.c:779 ast_openstream_full: File prepaid-enter-dest does not exist in any format"

hello good people,
I am facing this issue with asterisk sounds (ulaw codec)

I get this error in the CLI

this is how my “settings” look

can anyone provide a fix for me please

Are you using a2billing? Have you installed its sound files for your language?

A quick search suggests this is part of a2billing, not Asterisk.
