Hi Cisco Gurus - Any ideas on how to do this? Or any related solution on this end? I need to be able to send billing packets every 30second call duration to IN/SCP? Cisco has a product called ITP, which solves the SS7 interface, but I need info on how to do this from Asterisk to ITP?
Are you using any cisco IP PBX?
By the way Asterisk handles SS7 signalling using libpri
that needs an Digium E1/T1 card for which the libpri driver is
installed.
If you are using cisco IP PBX u can use the Cisco call manager api.
I am not an cisco expert so no idea about the billing part.
