am planning to install Asterisk on uClinux, and target board is Blackfin(BF53X series).
as am new to uClinux and Blackfin, can any one suggest me on how to satrt and give me any references on howto’.

Why don;t you look at our blog http://blog.astfin.org. You will find software and some reference designs for pri, bri and analog boards.
