Anybody knows if I can install Asterisk on SSD? I would love to have something that’s reliable as SSD than a SATA drive.

Asterisk can install on any platform that the underlying OS supports.
No problems, as already mentioned.
I made even in ramdisk.
Flash disk has a relatively limited number of write cycles, so the pre-packaged Asterisk solutions for flash based PCs generally take special steps to minimise the number of writes to the actual flash disk.
