Asterisk on different TIMEZONE to system running it

Hello

Is there a simple way of having Asterisk obey commands i(in extentions.conf) which reference CET time when the underlying system is running on UTC /GMT)
Not forgetting daylight saving adjustments.

I need to call someone in office hours but all our systems run on UTC.
