how would I recreate or modify a ring group in the AMI?

I am new to the whole thing and any information on how to do that would great

so basically I want to modify a ring group and then add a ring group.

I need ring groups instead of ques because I am trying to set it up so you can easily forward calls.

Based on your question it seems as if you are using some kind of GUI. The gui edit’s extensions.conf (for the dial plan). You can use the AMI to to edit extensions.conf
