I’m developping a java interface (with asterisk-java) and i want to add “HOLD” and “UNHOLD” functions.
My X-Lite softphone can do this,
but i don’t know how to do this
by programmation.

People normally use Park, although you can also redirect to some dialplan that is just waiting. This is not the same as a SIP hold, which leaves the connected and just suspends the media stream/replaced it with MoH.
