I am trying to integrate ASTERISK to an external IP-PBX via a SIP trunk. The IP extensions/endpoints will reside in the IP pbx but modules agents and queues will reside in Asterisk as the external system does not have this capability and hence we are exploring this option. Is this possible ? If yes, can someone advise how this can be achieved. Thank you
Something on those lines should be possible, but there is sufficient detail involved that you are really talking about a significant amount of consultancy, not simple peer support.
