is the call coming from another sip phone? try addinng this line in configuration file sip.conf where you specify the sip extension that makes the call :
[1000]
…
callerid=“Other sip phone” <1000>
…
…
changing 1000 for the number of the sip extension and Other sip phone for a name that identifies the extension. Use this on all your extensions so you know who is calling
