Asterisk Integration with Cisco Call Manager

Hello everybody,

I am looking for some documentation about Asterisk and integration with Cisco Call Manager. Nowadays we have the integration with Cisco Call Manager v 5.1, using Asterisk for recording calls but we have echo problems and our boss decided to upgrade the Cisco Call Manager to version 8.6 so I have to research if it is possible to integrate with Asterisk.

This should be in Asterisk Support.

I don’t know about 8.6, but Asterisk works with at least some CUCM 8.x versions.

Echo is generally a problem with whatever is at the circuit switched network boundary, or in a pure VoIP context, the remote phone.
