i want to know how much VM & CPU & Ram @ Storage that i need to install asterisk in debian

Asterisk itself is not the decisive factor in most cases. A small server system (no GUI) with perhaps 10 phones should work with a 20GB disk, 2 CPU cores and 2GB RAM quite well.
The number of endpoint is not the big issue at the moment of calculating the server dimensioning, there are other factors like these.:
Amount of simultaneous calls
Codec to be used : wideband or narrowband.
Call recordings.
AGI script.
Configuration files or Real-time Architecture.
