Hey everybody,
I’m a newB over here. I’ve installed Asterisk(1.2.4) on a Fedora Core 4 OS and combined it with the Festival TTS.
I have some trouble using Festival!
I execute the Festival server before execute the Asterisk one.
When I do my Dialplan :
exten => 1111,1,Answer()
exten => 1111,2,Festival(Hello)
exten => 1111,3,HangupNo words nothing!!
In Asterisk consol I can see :
Executing Answer(....
Executing Festival(....
Parsing '/etc/asterisk/festival.conf': FoundAnd then, the Hangup! I don’t know what is going on…
If somebody can help…??
However, I heard that I rather use the text2wav but I’ve no information about!
If somebody could give me some diaplan with the text2wav… With the configurations files I’ve got to change or something!
