Asterisk dont signal to my sip phone

Hi everybody,
I join this forum to get help. My small office has asterisk running on and
it was connected with two other sip phone (Grandsteam Budgtone 100).
Everything was working fine like if any call come to our office first the
asterisk server answered with welcome greeting and ask for extention
to get the right person to talk with.
Few days ago power shut down and the whole thing has to be started from the beginning. Now the call come to server we can hear greeting
message and ask for extention but after puting extention it goes to voicemail.
That means call never terminating to the sip phone.
I try to see the web configuration page (thinking i have to assign my asteisk server ip to this phone and also the extention) of my BT100 but from my office web configuration page never comes but when i bring that home, connected with router and got the ip and put that in address bar it works fine.

From above situation i assume that it might be possible that in my office
sip phone did not connect with network but it shows ip though.
how will i troubleshoot this?

If there anything have to do with asterisk configuration(sip , exten ,zaptel) file? but i did not change anything .

First of all i need to know how will i troubleshot everything of this and fix it.

At the Asterisk CLI enter: sip show peers

and verify your Asterisk box sees all your SIP phones.

If you do not see all your phones you should check the phones that are not showing up. First try to “ping” the IP address of the SIP phone from your Asterisk box. If you cannot ping it then you either have a network issue or the SIP phone did not reboot properly. I’ll bet you have a network issue since the SIP phone works at home.

Do not change your .conf files trying to fix this since everything worked before the power outage. If you have changed them return them to the state they were in before the power outage.

First doubt host address is unspecified.
so i ping with the ip shown in BT 100 phone replied with destination host unreachable.

Whether i change my conf or not it suppose to get ping with my phone but it does not
so how will i fix the network.
