Asterisk box dosen't pick up the PSTN calls

I have installed the x100p card, and after that the latest Asterisk edition. The system recognizes the card , and dosen’t show up any errors

I have also installed zaptel after that. FreePBX has been configured with Inbound and OUtbound,
but… it looks like it is not picking up the call
U have tried to place calls, and the same problem,… the cnection is missing.
Have I forgot to install someting ?

Is there anything I am missing?

you could do with showing us zapata.conf (assembled from the bits that FreePBX breaks it into), the output of ‘ztcfg -vvv’ and the lines from extensions_additional.conf that begin ‘OUT_’

[root@asterisk1 ~]# ztcfg -vv

Anybody? any ideeas ?

the bit you’ve shown us doesn’t include any channel definitions. assemble your zapata config from zapata.conf, zapata-auto.conf and zapata_additional.conf and post again.

any suggestions on how to do that?

if you’re using Windows get and install WinSCP, then connect to your Asterisk server and edit each of the zapata… files in /etc/asterisk, copying the contents into the message window on the forum posting page. remove the dross then hit submit.

if you’re using TrixBox/A@H i think there’s even a config editor built in so you can skip the WinSCP bit (although it’s much more useful in the end).

there’s your problem then. with no channel definitions, Asterisk has no ZAP channels to work with … and nothing to answer.

you can either create the lines yourself, or run the genzaptelconf (?) script to generate it for you.

I figured it out why the Channel Config was 0

All I had to do was, move the X100P card on another slot, Disable USB in BIOS, and a fresh install of TrixBox.

When the TrixBox loaded, i did the following command:
genzaptelconf

Incoming Route works perfect, Outbound still dosen’t work, i belive i have the wrong dial pattern for the PSTN .

Thank you,
