Asterisk and VoiceXML

Has anyone tried to use Asterisk and VoiceXML (or CCXML) together?

There are a number of commercial VXML browsers for Asterisk. They are all quite expensive. I haven’t found a good open source version yet.

I have never played around with this, but it does look promising:

yes,

What you want to do with Voice XML…

what are you using for your VXML browser?

To write ivr scripts. This will make the ivr scripts standard based.

I had some experience with this open source VXML browser. It’s decent. We almost decided to port it over a commercial VoIP platform.

Yes, I have integrated Asterisk 1.4.22 with VoiceGlue 0.8 for VXML support.
It works fine. VoiceGlue is opensource and free.

@abest Yes , i have integrated Voximal with Asterisk 13, and it works perfect

Hopefully in the last decade the OP has also successfully used VoiceXML.
