Asterisk and attended transfer

Hi all

I am able to do attended transfer to an external number.

I am able to record all phases of conversation before transfer and after transfer.But the problem is
recording files are in two files.One file before transfer and one after transfer.So that I can’t identify the files of same transfer.

Is there any way to make those files identifiable.Any way to pass a variable in first phase and use that during transfer then
assign that value as the file name of call recording after transfer(2nd phase).So both have some common part in their name.???
