Hi, using wireshark I can confirm that the rtp port ranges in the config file are being honoured.
The cause of the problem was that I’d set the firewall rule for the rtp ranges to check source and not destination. I must have configured the same rules 100’s of times but sometimes you see what you expect to see. What a numpty!
In my defence I spent most of yesterday trying to find out why voicemail ODBC wasn’t working and fixing a bug in the code (I later found out it had been reported) and I wondered what else might be wrong with 20.9.3. Lame excuse I know
