Asterisk 20.20 Crashed

Hi

I receive the following couple minutes before asterisk stopped responding:

“Core restart now” wasn’t able to process.

The full asterisk logs seems normal and no abnormal events took place.

Based on the backtrace records it would be blind transfer related, but there’s no other real details so it would be unlikely we’d be able to determine anything.

If “core restart now” didn’t work then getting an actual running backtrace[1] may have yielded details when the issue occurred.

Additionally, Github[2] is where issues such as crashes go.

The customer just moved from Asterisk 16 (Run for years) to Asterisk 20.20 (There first week) and do use the Asterisk Blind and Attended transfers via WebRTC endpoints.

I will monitor and see if I can get a Backtrace implemented the next time it happens and submit it on Github.

Thank you.
