I had configured chan_sip in asterisk 16 version , Core show hints worked perfectly but now hints status showing Busy while ringing and speaking
Please help me to solve this issue
How is chan_sip configured? There are options which controls the behavior. Did you upgrade and this just started happening? If so what was the previous version?

Chan_sip is configured in sip.conf.
We had upgraded the version suddenly the status shows busy
what are the options that controls the chan_sip behaviour?
