Asterisk 13.18 ARI and hold with bandwidth restriction

Hi. I need to achieve a software control with ARI that needs to put a channel on hold setting the media of this channel do ip 0.0.0.0 port 0. to stop both the client and the asterisk for sending RTP to the endpoint.
Anyone know if this is possible?

This is only possible as of Asterisk 15 in chan_pjsip. It requires setting the “moh_passthrough” option to yes on the PJSIP endpoint and then using the normal hold operation in ARI. This applies to all times that the endpoint is put on hold, though. It is not possible for ARI to say explicitly it wants to do that.
