Asterisk 1.6.x and app_conference 2.0.1

Hi,

I try to install app_conference 2.0.1 in virtual machine on wmware.
The OS is Ubuntu 9.04 and the asterisk is 1.6.1.1 with asterisk-addons.
But it doesn’t work.

Is App_conference compatible with asterisk 1.6.x?or only with 1.4.x?
In the documention I can’t find no information

I am pretty sure that app_conference isn’t being actively developed for 1.6. It isn’t a terribly complicated application, probably wouldn’t be too hard to port over, just need to figure out what changed.

i’m trying to make a patch for app_conference and asterisk 1.6.2.x

for asterisk 1.6.0.x the patch exist but this version of asterisk has problem on SDP packet and the videocall doesn’t work…

Where can I find information about how make a patch?or help?
