Asterisk-1.2.18 with SIP Jitter Buffer

Hi Everyone,

Does Asterisk-1.2.18 has SIP Jitter Buffer option? I read the readme and understad that it only works for IAX.

Can some one let me know if they have a work around to have SIP Jitter buffer on 1.2.18
