Applying a Common Hangup Context to All Channels Without Extension 'h' or Hangup Handler

Good day,

I have a question: Is there a way for any channel, regardless of the context in which the call is generated, to inherit a specific context that should be applied when the call ends—without having to add the ‘h’ extension to the context or set CHANNEL(hangup_handler_push) on the channel?
