Can somebody gives me an idea how to bill a “conference” call in a prepaid account. I mean in a conference the number of participant can grow and shrink. A participant can enter via voip and pstn trunk with corresponding cost. So how these can be rate when the number of participant is undefined and leg cost is not yet define.
