Can anyone suggest the following:
I am trying to get a conference to work but the way i wanted to set it up is like this.
I want person A to call -> enters the card number-> dials PSTN number -> when connected starts talking
Now person B to call -> authenticates card number -> dials person A’s extension and shares the conversation.
Can this be achieved?
