AMI Originate Problem

Hi,
I use AMI Originate command for outbound call.

Most of command returns with
Response: Success
Message: Originate successfully queued
message and they works well.

BTY, sometimes for same originate command, asterisk returns
Response: Success
Message: Success
message. And in this case, the outbound call does not work.

Can someone help me how to solve this problem ?

Have you observed any notices, warnings, or errors in the Asterisk log?

Please enable and/or increase your verbose and/or debug logging levels, and then post the scenario related log data.
