I am working in a call center and we are running one outbound campaign. We send around 200+ calls but my VoIP carrier says he gets 150 calls. I don’t know how to check how many total calls hit to voip carrier. I don’t see any error on asterisk like busy/congestion.
also, how to fine tune asterisk.
Please let me know these things as I am really in big pressure.
