we have cuztomized IVR in put it in /var/lib/asterisk/sounds foler
when we test and listen the customized IVR from outside phone (PSTN) the volume is very low.
Is ther a way in any .conf to increase the volume of this IVR?

None that i am aware, however it may pay to get some software that you can manually do that yourself.
However i caution you to make back up copies of your original files before making any changes, Enhancing volumes can sometimes lead to bad quality.

ok i think that is the best step in incresing its volume
before loading to asterisk. If asterisk has no volume enhancement
sox has a volume adjustment option.
if the files are quiet over a Zap interface, have you tried adjusting the gains ? are they correct now ?
