Add a digit to inbound calls/numbers

In my dialplan, the rule ist that you have to dial a 0 before the number to have the call going outbound.
but inbound calls are missing that 0, so calling back isn’t possible. How do I add a 0 in front of all calls coming from external numbers?

I think you mean the caller ID, not the number.

Set the caller ID number to the concatenation of 0 and itself.
