How can i get this?
I created a Agent, and set it to a queue
when a client got into this queue
and distribute this task to the Agent.
now, what i want to get is:
a IP PHONE and a real Phone are ring simultaneity
and when the real Phone answer this call,
the IP Phone can know this happen
please help me
