a2billing question

I have just installed a2billing and I guess it works fine except it does not show customers even after creating a few ( yes they can be authenticated which means they are in the DB), any Idea?

I use asterisk for a paid service offered by remote agents, I want to transfer a caller to a queue right after authentication by a2billing without asking him/her to dial a number, is it possible? and if so how?

Hello, Guy:
I think you have to use postpaid method to control your billing. in the A2Billing, the author said the the app supports the postpaid method. you can configure it and try.
