HI,
I have freePBX and A2Billing installed, What i have to do to access IVR of calling card platform, like i press specific number from free PBX extension and it will take me to IVR of A2Billing,

I want to make my Calling card platform fully functional, I have already uploaded rates and generated card numbers etc. for the same but i am not able to access IVR,
If possible please give detailed information for the same.

why not go the forums offered by TrixBix/A@H/FreePBX/etc and ask the people who maintain the software you’re using ?
