Im not sure if this is the right project i need, but what im looking for is a system, based on Linux, that allows remote users via a automated telephone system to enter data into a Mysql database via a series of questions…
Such as questions/prompts for the user to enter their engineers ID, and then confirm the completion of a call out.
Before is start learning Asterisk, Is this System capable of this, and if so could someone point me in the right direction for a Noobie starter tutorial if one exists?
