ZAP channel stays busy

Anyone have an idea on this please

I have 2 ZAP channel - When i an inbound call come on zap one or zap two .
Then if another inbound call comes it the zap goes busy … It do not release the first call immediately. Normall takes around 3 to mins to free the channel
any idea why? :frowning:

it sounds like your channels might have bad T1/pri/device config (framing, etc…) your telco will know the exact specs.
