"your call can not be completed......"

If I call a number that start’s with 0 i hear:
“all circuits are busy now, please try your call again later”

If I call a number that don’t start’s with 0 I hear:
“your call can not be completed as dialed please check the number and dial again”

I don’t understand the Asterisk’s phylosophy :frowning:

I configured my extensions and my trunk… all my extensions can call each other extension (SIP phones)
I configured a Inbound route to receive calls.
I configured a Outbound route to make a call.

Make sure that your sip trunk is registered, on the Asterisk CLI run this command sip show registry, after that verify too that your outbound and inbound route it is properly configured
