Hi
I am windows Iaxy provision to set up my Iaxy but it just says (no response recieved to provisioing packet)
Maybe this is the firewall Netgear DG834. Does anyone know what ports need adjust to make these work.
All I have been given is an Iaxy Box a Ip address username and password and told I should be able to connect to my us office via this?
and some text like

And I dont have a clue what I am doing with this VOIP stuff.
