I know this is not right place to ask this question.
I have some work with Answering machine task, and at a time of research I found that this can done by ViciDial with the help of Asterisk.
If possible give me brief overview or give me right location where I can clear my questions.

A quick ‘google’ for ‘vicidial’ will give you an overview. Clue: It’s massive overkill for an answering machine.
